Giorno 8. Una giornata di guida di 390 km dalla città universitaria di Tartu in Estonia alla città castello di Cesis in Lettonia. Durante il viaggio ho appreso da un saputello che il 55% delle strade in Lettonia sono piste di ghiaia. Sono oltre 11.000 km di ghiaia e oggi ne abbiamo trovato almeno 200 chilometri. Durante il percorso di oggi abbiamo fatto una "sbirciatina" al sontuoso Palazzo Cesvain prima di andare a fare un'escursione... scusa... una passeggiata pigra fino al punto più alto dell'Estonia (Suur Munamagi 318m) e della Lettonia (Gaizinkalns 311m). Se entrambe le escursioni avessero un'altezza combinata di oltre 100m starei mentendo ma tutte contano. Punti più alti dei Paesi del mondo numeri 26 e 27 fatti 😇.
