L'escursione attraversa la valle della Sauer e dell'Our oltre il confine verso il Lussemburgo. Percorre in parte la Promenade du Souvenir (Sentiero del Vallo Occidentale) e tocca alcuni luoghi di memoria del dicembre 1944.

Questo percorso escursionistico è ben percorribile con molto asfalto. Solo circa 800 m si cammina su un sentiero nel bosco. Un mix di villaggio, strade di campagna e bosco con belle viste.

ich bin ihn entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn gelaufen, da ich die steilen Anstieg am Anfang des Tages haben wollte (tagsüber wurde es über 30°C heiß). Insgesamt fand ich die Tour ganz ok, man hat immer ein riesen Windrad als Orientierungspunkt ;) Gut gefallen hat mir der "Höhenweg" auf der westlichen Seite der Sûre (der allerdings auch kaum Schatten bietet)
