Escursioni a cavallo a Nébias

Day 2 takes you back along the other side of the valley to Nebias and then via la fage to coudons for lunch. After your picnic follow the rebenty valkey to Quirbajou

Route for day 1, leaving granes to descend to campagne sur aude to cross the river aude, then climb up to the plateau of nebias for a picnic. After lunch visit the chateau at puivert and then spend the night at le gite de marionnetes

This is the recommended route as soil erosion has made the GR up through the forest difficult for horses

THIS IS NO LONGER THE SUGGESTED ROUTE DUE TO SEVERE EROSION OF THE PATH AT COL DES BANS. Use the Puivert to quirbajou via la fage Leaving puivert to return to nebias on the other side of the valley. A long canter on a track beside the very straight road before climbing up to coudons for lunch. After lunch follow a forest track alongside the beautiful rebenty valley to arive at the hilltop hamlet of Quirbajou
