    Wir einen Teil gefahren, sehr schön von Isleten hoch nach Seelisberg und Luzern… Tragepassage ab Bauen ca 300hm überwiegend gut gepflasterte Treppe.

    Great trail. The ride up is all on roads, if you have an e-mtb then there are multiple good options for riding up on more interesting trails and paths. At the top enjoy a beautiful view of Pilatus all the way down to the lake. The start of the ride down was quite tough and we had to walk some parts but it quickly got better and we really enjoyed the ride down. Lots of switchbacks and technical riding over big stones. After 1000m descent you arrive at an asphalt road. The trail continues to the left but be warned that you soon get to a section where you have to walk down and then up next to a cliff. Probably for a couple of hundred meters. After that there is again a good trail but not sure if it’s worth it given the walking. If you’re tired when you get to the road, instead turn right and take the easy route back to Alpnach.

    Did the course in reverse. A better alternative to the route going straight up Pilatus (less crowded, less rocky & smooth trail). Very hot day. It took me 3 hours.

    Eine wirklich sehr schöne Rundtour mit einem 465HM 9% Climb. Malerische Optik und unterwegs gibt's viele Cafes und Restaurants. Einzig der Waldweg mit groben Steinen und zig Stufen hat bei der Tour gestört (hat auch die SPD Schuhplatten zerstört).

    Die Axenstrasse ab Brunnen ist für Velos gesperrt. Wer sich den Busshuttle und das spätere Tragen sparen möchte nimmt die Autofähre von Gersau nach Beckenried.

    Tolle Tour für einen Tagesausflug! - Achtung >10km auf Bergstraße… dauert etwas als ungeübter bergfahrer… oben gibt es dann ein paar Parkplätze beim Luedolsmatt. Man kann auch noch etwas weiter hochfahren um dort zu parken. Parken ist gestattet auf dem Weideland( eigene gefahr) Tolle Aussicht sobald man über dem Wald ist! Nach dem Gipfel, kommt die Tripolihütte… an Sonntagen manchmal freiwillig/auf Kaffee kasse bewirtschaftet… suppe, und Getränke von den Wirten als Geste… Am Luetoldmatt selber ist ne bewirtschaftet huette
