Based on this, the USGS delivers scientific products that lead to solutions.
The Institution
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is a natural science organisation and part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, founded in 1879. The USGS has an extensive inventory of cartographic, geological, natural science and biological data.
