This route connects Gialia beach with Chora, via a mostly seaside trail that ascends to pass the ridge that stands betweeen the two seaside areas.
This route starts by the Factory (Fabrika tou Ebeirikou) and descends combining asphalt road parts with cobblestone trails until Gialia beach. At the seaside the branch meets the mother route, in front of a beautiful pebbly beach. Next, the hiker is invited to climb a narrow path to the ridge that separates Gialia from Chora, where the church of Agia Triada stands with a panoramic view of the beaches on either side. The descent towards Chora follows a narrow path and the route continues along the coastal pedestrian path to reach its end, at the beach of Neiborio.

One can only arrive to Andros by boat. For that they will have to arrive at the port of Rafina, which is located to the west of Athens city.

Equipamento
Hiking boots, hat, sunscreen, long trousers, walking poles are considered essential. It is also advised not to walk alone and to always keep with you a first aid kit. A torch, and a well charged mobile phone are also advised.
