Via Ferrata circuit over the Ferrate Olivieri, Aglio and Formentum

This long and technically as well as physically demanding tour leads on a total of 5 via ferratas über two peaks of the Tofane group. The Via Ferrata Guiseppe Olivieri takes climbers on a demanding route up to Punta Anna, from where there is a beautiful view of the Tofana di Rozes and the Cinque Torri. On its continuation, the via ferrata Gianni Aglio, you then climb the highest of the three Tofane peaks: the Tofana di Mezzo (3244 m). Part of this is the airy traverse at Torre Aglio, a spectacular passage. Equally astonishing is the mountainous rock window Bus de Tofana. Once on the Tofane di Mezzo, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomite peaks. The Ferrata Lamon-Formenton then leads from the Tofane di Mezzo to the 3238 m high Tofane di Dentro and down to the Rifugio Ra Valles, passing old position remains.
