The royal town of Kežmarok has a unique historical jewel – a wooden articular church enlisted in the World Heritage of UNESCO. It is one of five preserved churches of their kind in Central Europe. Alleys of Kežmarok are full of precious sights – Evangelical Lyceum with a historical library, Evangelical church with the mausoleum of Imrich Thököly, Basilica of the Holy Cross, town hall or the castle of Kežmarok – the only fully preserved castle in the region of Spiš.
