From Klopeinersee head to the Drau at Tainach then right, over the Autobahn and a short way on the Packerstraße before taking the L111 to Sankt Margarethen. From here take the small country roads through Korb, Rablhof and on to St. Gregorn.
Heading north through Brückl you take a right turn at the Spar roundabout and start the climb on the L113 with beautiful views through Gretschitz and on to Diex where you can take a well deserved break and look at the incredible views all around.
From here descend to Haimburg before taking taking some small roads to Watzelsdorf and then on the Drauradweg R1 returning to the bridge at Völkermarkt over the Drau and then on to Klopeinersee via the small country roads and villages.
