Leaving Tiszaújváros we move a little away from the Tisza and cross the Sajó. Afterwards, you can plunge into the tranquillity of the Kesztenytei Landscape Reserve along the Takta River. This is followed by a change of direction to the Tiszadob pontoon bridge, which will take us through the landscape conservation area and back to the Tisza, which we will follow through the protected area of the Tiszadob floodplain. After Tiszalök, we head south to the Tiszavasvár spa where we can soak in the high mineral content thermal water after the long stretch.

From the spa we turn right on Széchenyi road, then left and take Lévay József road.
After one and a half kilometres we turn right onto Örösi út and leave the town.
After 4.5 km we arrive in Kesznyéten, where we cross the Sajó river and immediately turn right onto Petőfi út, which then turns right.
Leaving the village on Petőfi Street, we cross the Hernád water canal and the Takta canal.
Then we turn left onto the dam, which we follow for about 8 km.
From the dam, turn right onto the artificial road, and after about 5.5 km you arrive at the Tisza, and cross the Tisza via pontoon bridge or ferry.
Turn left at the next crossroads and continue along the dam to the Tiszamente cycle path.
Follow the road for about 20 km, passing the power plant's recreation area in Tiszadda and arriving in Tiszalök on Szabadság Street.
At the end of Szabadság utca we turn right onto Kossuth utca and pass the Reformed Church, then we leave Tiszalök.
We pass through Szorgalmatos and arrive in Tiszavasvári on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street, which ends at Kossuth street.
On Kossuth street we turn right, then left onto Vágóhíd street, from which we turn right onto the Fürdő row, where the entrance to the Fürdő will be on the right.
