A Martfű Gyógyfürdőt és a Liget Termálstrandot összekötő biciklitúra. Egy termáltúra során két fürdő között, vidéki környezetben kerekezhetünk.

Ezen a szakaszon a Tisza cipő otthonából egészen a repüléséről híres Szolnokig tekerünk. Átkelünk komppal a Tiszán, majd számos Tisza menti településen haladunk felfelé haladva a Tiszán. Így érkezünk meg a Szolnoki Tiszaligetbe amely az utolsó tiszai szakasz végállomása. Amennyiben júniusban látogatunk e történelmileg gazdag városba, akkor részesei lehetünk a tiszavirágok násztáncának is.
