The Geißleinwand ("young goats wall") is a good spring and autumn crag. The shady left part consists of short, technical routes with small holds. The middle part, which is centered around the striking crack of "Raunzender Kröterich", offers, among other routes, two good lines in the 7th grade and a classic, sharp dihedral crack ("Aufritzer"). The right part has seen quite a few first ascents around the 9th grade UIAA in recent years.

Access
When driving through Tüchersfeld in the direction of Behringersmühle, shortly before the town exit, head right towards Kohlstein. Right at the town sign (exit of Tüchersfeld), there is a small parking possibility on the left at a forest road.
Follow that same forest road for a few meters and then take a left turn at the junction. After 350 meters, the crag is on your right.
